A senior at Stanford Online High School and the Colburn Music Academy, David Choi has established himself as a rising pianist on the international stage. Studying under Ms. Hye Jin Kim and Mr. Fabio Bidini, he has earned top honors at competitions worldwide, including first prizes at the Kaufman Music Center International Youth Piano Competition, the MTNA National Competition, and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra Young Artist Concerto Competition. He is also a National Winner of the YoungArts Competition (2024, 2025) and a competitor of prestigious events such as the Sendai International Music Competition, Hamamatsu International Piano Competition, and the Hilton Head International Piano Competition. David strives to approach music with utmost sincerity in hopes that he can share these encounters with music to others for this purpose.
